2. Description of Services
Coryvane provides personalized digital services related to 3D model preparation for printing. This includes, but is not limited to, file review, geometry correction, print optimization, support structure planning, and direct specialist consultation. Services are delivered online on an individual basis according to agreed work plans.
The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined through direct communication between the client and the assigned specialist. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
4.1 Account Registration
Certain features of our service may require you to register an account or provide contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when communicating with us or submitting files. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service without refund.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload files containing malicious code, malware, or harmful content
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our tools or processes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any staff member or other user
- Circumvent any security or access controls on the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
5. Submitted Files and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Files
You retain full ownership of any 3D model files, designs, or other materials you submit to us. By submitting files, you grant Coryvane a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process those files solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
5.2 Our Materials
All content on this website, including text, graphics, interface design, documentation, and proprietary processes, is the intellectual property of Coryvane. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
5.3 Confidentiality of Submissions
We treat all submitted files and project details as confidential. We do not share your files with third parties except where required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Pricing
Service fees are communicated prior to the commencement of work. All prices are stated in the agreed currency and are subject to change for future engagements. Prices for ongoing or agreed projects will not change mid-engagement without mutual consent.
6.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified at the time of service agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of deliverables or termination of the engagement.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued. Once work is underway, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion. Completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable unless a material error on our part is demonstrated.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable access to our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any feature or service offering at any time. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coryvane disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that processed files will be free of errors, that printing outcomes will meet specific expectations, or that results will be compatible with all third-party printers or slicing software. Final print quality depends on variables outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coryvane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to equipment.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coryvane, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, our staff, or our operations.
You may discontinue use of our services at any time by ceasing all interactions and notifying us if an active engagement is in progress. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. You may contact us at support@coryvane.com to raise any concern. We are committed to addressing issues promptly and in good faith.
If direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or other appropriate resolution mechanisms as agreed upon by both parties in writing.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coryvane regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior understandings or agreements on the same subject matter.
